Advantages of Oil Filter Press

Membrane filter press adopts a filter plate expansion design. Inject gas into the filter plate to expand and deform, squeeze the filter cake in the middle of the filter plate, thereby reducing the water content of the filter cake.

The filter plate adopts a slope design. Above the feed port design of the membrane filter press, the filter plate passing through the inclined plane makes the filtrate fully contact the membrane to maximize the filtration, increase the filtration speed and increase the work efficiency.

The structure of the filter plate.
