Product Description

Membrane plate is made from reinforced polypropylene and TPE as the material, and pressed by the 4000T high pressure injection molding machine. Membrane filter press adopts high pressure water or compressed air as the squeezing power, the squeezing pressure can reach 0.8-2.0MPa, which improved the production efficiency and lower the cake moisture. It is a kind of industial machine used for solid-liquid separation process in many industries. It is featured with good sealing effect, easy for loading and unloading of filter cloth, low water content of filter cake, high filtration efficiency, and other advantages.

Main application fields and materials can be processed:

Wastewater Treatment: Municipal sewage, electroplating wastewater, river sludge, oil field sludge, artificial sand wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater, papermaking wastewater, iron and steel wastewater, etc.

Chemical Industry: Calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, white carbon black, petrochemical industry, etc.

Filter plate and filter cloth

Filter plate: according to the structure, filter plate mainly includes chamber filter plate and membrane filter plate. It is featured with flexibility, toughness, rigidity. The maximum feeding pressure of the filter plate is 1.6Mpa. With the properties of high temperature and high pressure resistance, antisepsis and airtight, short filtering cycle, good processing effect and low humidity of the cake.

Filter cloth: we have different types and models filter colth for sale according to the characteristics of solid particles in slurry, the liquid character, etc.
