How Does Water Cyclone Spray Tower Work
Water Cyclone Spray Tower Uses water as the medium, the system employs a three-stage integrated filtration principle to scrub and filter exhaust gas. First stage: Spray filtration is used for preliminary scrubbing of the exhaust gas. Second stage: Water vortex filtration is applied to achieve the most thorough water-to-gas filtration and scrubbing effect. Third stage: Gas-water mixing scrubbing is adopted to continue and enhance the atomization mixing effect. The gas that has undergone the three-stage integrated filtration then passes through combined filtration with Pall ring packing and a baffle plate (moisture eliminator) to achieve gas-water separation, ensuring that the outgoing air is free of water carryover.
